EASTER SUNDAY

On Easter Sunday we gather to celebrate the resurrection of our Savior and King, the Lord Jesus Christ, and to cultivate our longing for the ultimate fulfillment of all the promises of God that are guaranteed by it—particularly His promises to rescue and heal us from the brokenness of our sin, to clothe us in resurrection bodies just like Jesus’ body, and to usher in the new heavens and new earth where we will live with Him forever.  We worship and adore Him, knowing that this future deliverance is just as certain as Jesus’ resurrection! 

Are you alive in Christ?  Are you trusting in the sacrifice He provided on the cross as payment for the sins of all who believe, and in His resurrection as the assurance of your life in the unshielded presence of God for all eternity? Do you know the rich enabling for day to day life that Jesus provides to all who believe? In Him we have joy, peace, hope, and life to the fullest.  Come gather with us as we press on in our discovery of Who God is according to how He has revealed Himself both in Scripture (His written Word) and in Jesus (His living Word).  Christ is risen! He is risen, indeed!
