The name of this Corporation is Grace Church of DuPage, Inc. hereinafter referred to as “Grace Church,” “the Church” or “the Corporation.” It is an Illinois religious corporation with the principal offices at 27W344 Galusha Avenue, Warrenville, Illinois.
