ABFs are Sunday school classes geared for adults of all ages and walks of life that provide an additional opportunity to reinforce the formation we receive in our Sunday morning corporate worship. We gather around the Word of God for a time of instruction and prayerful response at 9am on Sunday mornings.
We aim to strengthen our life together as members of Christ's body and to echo and reinforce in our daily lives the formation we receive in our Sunday morning corporate worship. Toward this end, we host various community groups and small group meetings throughout the week. Our meetings center around time in the Word, prayer and accountability, and typically involve sharing a meal.
The MTA is committed to providing rigorous and regular theological education for the whole church as an important element in Christian formation, as a means of equipping for service in church-based ministries, and as an aid in the pursuit of fruitful life and mission in the diverse spheres into which God calls us. Likewise, we feel a burden and responsibility, more specifically, to be engaged in the biblically rooted calling upon the local church to raise up leaders for ecclesially based ministry and mission.
Our objective is to plant churches and strengthen existing local churches. We are committed to the preparing and sending of people that are seeking the Lord to enable them to live and proclaim the gospel with authenticity and passion.
Our focus on apologetics exists to help you engage in gospel conversations. Join us as we ask the Lord to cause us to bear much fruit in our pursuit of knowing Him and proclaiming His name. Join us at 4pm on the third Sunday of each month in CE-15 to read and discuss challenging questions and issues related to our Christian faith. We meet as a type of small group and welcome adults of all ages and walks of life. If you or your friends, neighbors, co-workers, or family members don't know Jesus, but would like to learn more about how and why we Christians believe what we do, you (and the aforementioned) are welcome to join us and enter the conversation!
