Saturday mornings at 7:30am through August 29th.

The goal of the group is to provide an opportunity for the Body of Christ to fellowship and to invite those who may not know Christ to fellowship with us as we exercise together.

Runners, joggers, walkers, & strollers all welcome for exercise, fellowship, & encouragement. Come as you are and invite a friend!

Meet at Herrick Lake Forest Preserve, Herrick Road parking lot.
