Parent’s Corner- February 2, 2020

“Who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began.”  2 Timothy 1:9 ESV

If you’ve spent any time at all in a Children’s Sunday school class, you know the answer. . . the answer that is always given and, often, is the answer, regardless of the question.  Say it with me. . .

JESUS!

Jesus is our way to salvation.  He is the only way.  There is nothing that we can do to do this for ourselves, we must rely on Him and Him alone.

In this week’s lessons, children had many opportunities to learn about the care God provides for His people, and to view demonstrations of God’s power.  What examples will catch their eye this week?  Be sure to share the ones you see with them as well!  Once you start looking, you will see them all around!

This week in Sunday School. . .
